Refund policy

We have a 14-day Return/Exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a Return/Exchange 

To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

• To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Item Collection: We will arrange a courier pick-up for your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or if the wrong item was sent.

Refunds

• Once we receive and verify the returned item's condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the payment method ( Instapay ).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
